Hi, how extremly "fatty" are you? I am young, almost 16,

but one thing that will help you is the what i call food book- write down everything you eat. you might not like the words you put down, but it will give you s sense of what and how much you are eating.

personally, i hate excercising, but what about 45 minutes, three times a week?
