You can pop your own hymen if by riding horses or sticking toys into your vagina or even your finger i would think if you are bleeding then you did pop it. But are you sure its not your period coming on?
btw. Even if you did pop it on your own you are still a virgin. You can only have sexual intercourse to be considered not one.
