I need to loose weight im 15 years old about 170cm and weigh 68kg, i want to loose min of ten kg, last few weeks i eat then i feel sick and wish i didint eat. Iv tried exercising alot over the past months but no weight loss. I dont want my parents to see that im trying to loose weight. 

So how do i lessen what i eat (stop eating)
