im sarah, im 15 and im 5'5 and 160 pounds, i need to loose weight this summer. ive dieted before and lost a little, but i just can modivate myself to do it again.if i loose 15 pounds ill be happy. but i dont want it to toll on with the whole summer, i want to do it fast like two weeks? whats the best way?
