hey i am 5 foot 2 inches, weigh 190 and i just got out of school. I am ready for the summer and i want to come back looking better and feeling better(the worst part is that I only have 3 months to do it) but i have tried everything and NOTHING works... i am sick of being considered fat and compared to all the other perfect looking girls at my school... please help me 


This is simple. Drop the meats and sugary foods. ONLY eat raw, steamed, or grilled vegetables, fruits, and an occasional fish. Only drink water. If you feel faint, eat a tablespoon of peanut butter. Most importantly, EXERCISE your butt of every other day! I'm so sick of people saying having a "model" body is impossible. It's definitely not easy, but it's definitely not impossible either! If I can do it, you can do it, and so can everyone else!

I get really bad headaches, there isn't a day when I don't get them, I've had them so bad I throw up blood, when they are bad I cant talk to anybody, or think or concentrate. on a scale of 1-10 the pain is 10! no tablets helps the pain, only time. I don't have the energy to do anything, I'm always sleeping I could sleep all day if my mother let me. I'm always tired, I cant be bothered doing anything. my latest concern is I switch off like I'm sleeping but I'm still awake, like I'm daydreaming but I cant remember and don't notice i do it they last up to 1 minuet if anybody disturbs me ill go in to a panic attack, ill have trouble breathing and get very emotional and confused. little things annoy me. I like spending time alone. i turn very nasty in a few seconds.

Hi sweety.I thing you are very young and yah-overweight.Do not worry.If you or your parents can afford the HAIR ANALYSIS TEST-your doctor know what is your problem what kind food good or bad for you.Don't try millions stupid diet because just make you yo-yo effect.Other advice:If you want lose gain never starving eat 5 times a day,but no more than 1 fruit (apple the best)every meal eat some protein and well cooked or steamed vegetables.raw vegetables not really good .If you have gluten sensitivity just eat gluten free pasta,bread with vegetables.If you want cheeze just eat alone not mix.I hope I help you .And go out walk,bicycle,dance.If you want just asking me.Sincerely.A.F.
