Hi I'm 14, female. I have this really bad shoulder blade pain I think its called the scapula. It feels like a hot bee sting or a bad burning. It started last year but I could only would come when i did sport. Since a month ago its has been 24/7. I can hardly move my shoulder blade.
Please can someone telle me what it is !
Oh ye and i forgot to say that when i breath heavly it hurts in my ribs and i cant really twist my back left. The pain is in the right shoulder blade
hi, what you could have is what's called a frozen shoulder, the symptoms for that are stiffness to not being able to to move it at all and severe pain mostly at night.
I would suggested going to see a chiropractor and see if they can help :-)
