I took pregnacy test today ad was neg

I would like to if you can be preg without symptoms.I have been having unprotected sex for a whole week 2x a day.My husband says he deposits the sperms deep everytime as he wants a baby so bad.Could I be pregnant without symptoms?I don't have any symptoms except craving for raw rice.I hope I am!
