I tore my frenulum 3 days ago.

Rough sex, went in dry, shitload of blood but it seems to be starting to heal now. I have been sexually active for a few years and never had any problems before, and my frenulum is not too short I'm sure of it. The cut is very small, about 1 millimeter in size and it's horizontal. I'm pretty sure it will heal back to it's original strength and length since the cut is so small, but I just want to be sure so I'm asking here. Right now it's kind of painful and hard to pull my foreskin back.
