I’m 14 and 5’4. I have some penis hair but no pit hair. I still haven’t ejaculated once yet and I have tried going for around 10 minutes but can not ejaculate and I’m becoming worried. Is something wrong please help.

Nothing is wrong. We all develop at different rates/times. Just because you have some pubic hair it does not mean you can ejaculate yet.
Armpit hair OFTEN comes in much later, as in 16 or later.
Do you feel anything when masturbating?

Thanks it does help. I do feel stuff when I masturbate but it’s hard to describe. I would say a tingling sensation after some time and I just feel like I can’t ejaculate but I got scared cause I didn’t know that you need to hit like puberty or for your body to grow to be able to ejaculate but yeah I do feel stuff when I masturbate but I would descirbe it as tingling sensation and feels like I want to ejaculaye but can’t. Any guesses
Sounds like a "dry orgasm." When your body has developed enough you'll actually ejaculate.
