Please guys im 15 and im a guy,the last time i masterbtd i did sperm and afterward i felt a strange feeling and i was dizzy then i fel asleep because i didnt knw how to tel my parents abwt wat happnd,so can u guys give me some tipz on quiting masterbation?

hey man it's quite normal to fall asleep and feel really tired after you ejaculate, it's kind of like relief after the act. Don't worry EVERY GUY MASTERBATES but nobody will ever admit it, so don't go talking about it)) Once you started doing it you can't stop, you will always want to do it, you can only replace masterbating with a girl. Don't worry everything that you wrote was normal, its okay to do it just don't do it too much because it can become an addiction.

Guys usually won't admit that they do have problems with masturbating. My bf never wanted to tell me that he is addicted to this. I started to notice this when he started to refuse me totally. No connection, no intercourse...nothing :/ 

So when I decided to leave him, he admitted me that he has this problem and that he wants to quit masturbating.

The first step was - visiting psychologist. He talked to him about this issue (it was hard for him, but he did it). 

He told him that he needs to find some things that will make him focus on them. My bf started to read books and he never did that before. Boys just need to focus, that is all.

Don't worry my friend, just leave from masturbation about 8 days and then continue. It's the most safe and cool way to get fun.

what i can tel you is that its hard ton leave it but i think you have to avoid watching pornography coz that the one which make you erect and the next time you feel like having sex and at the same time you dont have someone to have sex with then you end up musterbating.the second thing is substitute too much television with excersise this may help yu.another thing is avoid being alone for some time.avoid touching your Genitals when alone coz this will stimulate you.thats what i think as an individual who is also on the quiting exercise and its working for me.

Do exercises, or play sports, read books, watch historical or sciences videos, help your mom at home, etc. etc. I am pretty sure it helps to quit maturbation. It works for me so good.
