My name is vikas & i am 21 old
my problem is that during winter i suffer a lot from itching in whole body ,face, head .
ITCHING occur mostly when i am NERVOUS,while WALKING,DURING SUN EXPOSURE,while EATING SPICY FOOD
WHEN i am 18 year old at that time i suffered from itching extremely Then i go Doctor for treatment but.Doctors treatment doesn't effect to much .
After that i join gym after few months i get some relief in itching..........

PLEASE TELL ME THE BEST WAY OR TREATMENT TO WHO I CAN GET RID or FREE from ITCHING TOTALLY
