Hi. I'm 35 year old male and I am not happy with some aspects of my look. First I want to say that I have never been so skinny even when I was younger but in my late thirties I have put some extra weight and look really terrible.
So, I decided to start with one good diet and of course some extra physical activities. Fortunately, results were there in about two months. I started to loose weight and started to look normally again.
One thing is bothering mew and that is my double chin. I have never had normal jaw line because too mush fat is on that region.
Any suggestions?
Well, I have some suggestion for your condition but first, I want to tell you that I have had a double chin since I was a teenager and there was hereditary factor playing major role since I am not a large person at all. So, the bottom line is, no meter how much pounds you loose, your double chin might stay.
But, one friend of mine did liposuction and results were terrific. He had a 2 1/2 inch incision under his chin but did not have any swelling nor was he bruised.
If you don’t prefer surgery than there are all kinds of so called "exercises" that are suppose to make it look less obvious.
I wish you luck!
