im 5'8 and weigh 148 pounds. but i have these really stubborn pounds on my stomach, that just won't go away. I really need to lose them so that i can look great in a2 piece for this one pageant i have. any suggestions on how to get rid of it without starving myself??
Since you posted your note - (5 months ago or so) i would guess your pagent is already over. If you were really good at planning you'd allow yourself a good two months to lose your 10 - 25 lb range that you want to shed - If you still have the time, eat healthily (not starving) ie good salads w/o much or light dressings, fruit, ur veggies, turkey sandwiches (w/ light mayo if any), chicken (not fried) and instead of any snacks like chips or other fatty things have pretzels, a granola bar, saltines, raisins, a yogurt (not ritz or other fatty crackers). Also, work out everyday or a min of 4 days a week for 2 hrs ea (pushing yourself @ first constantly but not so much that u won't go back for a week).
If all of the above fails and you still think you look heavy - go to the pageant in a two piece and to hell with what everyone thinks - most prolly won't think anything bad and anyone that might think anything bad - screw them- you don't need ppl that put you down like that anyways.
Then, once you win, or don't win your pageant make a point to be more active, (tanning doesn't count! - u just sit there = sitting on the couch in a hot room) so next time when you happen to be wearing your two piece u'll be getting checked out
