Im a 17 year old female ...150 cm long and im 55kg ...i mostly hate my legs i want them to be skinnier but i have a problem in ma knee so i cant do sports or go to the gym..any help? A diet that can make me loose some fat from my hips an legs and in a short time?

But, you need to know that you cannot lose your weight overnight. You need to be persistent and self-confident. Of course, you can do a light exercise, as well, no matter if it's only a walking, just don't be sedentary.
