i am 12 years old 5'3 and weigh 180 pounds i know some of you guys are going to say you are to young but please dont

i play softball i do swimming lessons i play outside all the time and i occasionally workout

i need help i want to get to 100 pounds and i know it will take a while i also wanna be fit so i can make the school softball team please help

i also tried eating healhier but nothing helps
