i want to know if i am pregnant this would be my 2NDpregnancyif i am my period date is on 28oct that

after having sex the very next day there was egg white discharge and i tested with pregnancy tester but it was negative how will i found out that i am pregnant.my period is yet to cum last month period date was 28 oct so how long should i wait to know that i am preganant.
