Hey, I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips or pointers on what to eat and how to exercise, so I can stay healthy, but lose a few pounds and gain some muscle at the same time? I've been thinking about vegetables and fruits lately, cause I don't really like meat that much<and I'm a guy; is that lame or what?> well anyways, i heard that you have to eat certain combinations of these to stay healthy and lose weight, is this true? if so, can you give me some pointers on that? i really appreciate it, as i can't find any info anywhere else, so i would like some advice from you guys who have had some experience with it! :> thx

okay! soo i dont care if your american ro whatever but follow canadas guide to healthy eating and go for runs and do excercises that work the part on your body that you want to tone. if it helps go to the gym and ask someone for help thats what they are there for.
