Okay so I've been dating my boyfriend for almost two years. I'm 19 and just finished my freshmen year in college he just graduated highschool he currently lives an hour away from me and is moving up here in the fall to go to college with me. I still live with my dad and I'm 35 minutes from school and I want to be closer because I hate the drive every day. But I don't know how to tell or even convince my dad to let me leave. I'm his first kid and he is very protective of me making the right decisions. He also pays for my school and car insurance and i feel like he will use that to make me stay. I need help!!!!
I'm in the same situation the difference is that me nd my bf live like 7 hrs away from each other I've thought bout just sitting down wit my dad nd tell him Wat I wanna do just being honest nd hopefully he'll understand but then wit my dad I never knw in scared
