If both of the fallopian tubes and ovaries are removed, is it possible to still get pregnant?
Hi Janaki,
Not naturally. Without ovaries you won't ovulate (not release an egg) so you can't get pregnant. Even if you did have your ovaries there is no path to the uterus if the tubes are removed (tied).
You may be able to have in-vitro fertilization performed. You'd need to see a fertility specialist.
Hope it helps.
