A good place to start is during a half hour workout each day, maybe a run (start at a slow pace and go for distance or maybe a yoga class). Also Subway is a good place to get low cal foods, try to keep your diet under 1500 calories a day, you can get 3 meals there easy for under that, good luck, Liz
