Hey I'm 13 and turn 14 in September, I was wondering sense I'm 13 and have a 6 inch penis, does that mean I am on the side of people that will hit around 8 inch at adulthood?

Nobody can tell you how big your penis will get. It could have stopped growing now but probably not. Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
Average for an adult male is 5.1".
