Im 13 years old (turned 13 2 months ago) i started puberty around 10 years old my penis is about 2 inches flaccid and 4.3 erect is this small or big should i be concerned? Plz respond i have quite a lot of pubes

You're bigger than average for a 13-14 year old, about 3-4" erect.
It can grow into your early 20's. How big it will get is anyones guess.
Don't worry about it, for your age its a really good size, you are still developing anyway so you will grow a lot more and your penis will grow more as well so don't worry about it.
