Hi , I just turned 14 a month ago. I've been researching this problem i've had but I cant find the easiest way out ! I have dark skin on my inner thighs and my inner bikini line area , like in the creasts' . I think its embarassing . Especially when i wear bathing suits or when i wear shorts . It's also on my vagina on the lips area . Its really gross , it looks dirty like i dont wash it . But i scrub it all the time and it doesent seem to change . My armpits are the same but not as dark . It's different with my armpits , if i scrub really hard then a little will become lighter but then come back after a day or so . I always thought its from either shaving or chafing ? Im not too sure. So if anybody can help me out with this ! Pleaseee .
omg im 13 i have the same problem, apparently its from when your legs are rubbing each other, i have been looking for a solution ecspecially for my legs, i cant wear shorts outsides with tights, kinda embarrasing! there might be some kind of remedy, i dunno...anyone else help!!!?
*without shorts i meant!+plus im not fat either haaha

I'm 16 and have had the same problem for the last 4 years and nothing seemed to work until yesterday so I came to share it.So here's what I did.I was a little overweight so I lost my fat which helped reduce the darkness a little but it was quite noticeable So it you are even a little more than average I'd recommend you to lose it then I bought a microdermabration cream, more like my Savior's cream.I only used it twice and I'm absolutely impressed by the results.I think I only need to put it on for a few more days before I can finally enjoy my life and oh I had the same problem with my armpit and the same technique works wonders on that as well.Give it a try and you won't regret it.BTW I used St.Ives dermabration cream.Good Luck gurrl!! :)
Don't worry i'm also have the same problem but I brighten my inner area little day by day.just follow these simple steps then see the changes:).Drink pleanty of water,wash your inner parts every 1hour with fresh water,eat 2 carrot daily,do regular exercise daily.These following steps helps you to link your inner parts of the body,thank you.
Keeping the area moisturized, if its a chaffing problem, so there is less friction. Also, I am a firm believer in self tanner to hide or blur imperfections! Just put moisturizer on the dark areas first so that those areas dont get even darker with the tanner, and use a spray tan so you dont get streaks, I like banana boat because its cheap and its brown not orange! Good luck....so hard to be a girl sometimes, ugh
I'm 14 years old too!And we have the same problem.I'm not fat I don't know what happened but this started when I was 12 or 13 I don't know how!But I take a bath almost 2-3 times and I'm clean!I'm starting to whiten it using Lemon and I'm embarrassed to tell this to the dermatologist that's why I'm using home remedies.
I wondered about that when I was a teen myself, and I was always self-conscious about it. I found out it is a sign of pre-diabetes or higher blood sugar. so just watch what you eat (look up eating clean) and exercise a moderate amount and you'll be healthy and fine. :)
