hi im 15 and my penis is like 13 cm and i think ive started puberty about 3 months ago is this alright 4 my age ?
Your perfectly normal. Every boy (and girl) will start puberty at differnt times, and once started it can happen at differnt times and somtimes in different orders. Weather your penis is 5cm or 30cm your quite "normal". Some fully grown adults will have a penis of 15cm some only 10cm and others bigger. Everyone is "normal".
You say you "think" youve started pubery, well one of the first signs is genital grown (penis and testicles) and growth of pubic hair at the base of your penis. if you have either of these then its a sure sign that you have started puberty. I notice in your other posts that you have "Pre Cum" that also is a sure sign that you have started!
