I'm almost 13 y/o and I feel reaaly fat! I'm 100 pounds and I exercise daily and have 2-3 meals a day. Honestly, I love my food alot! My parents usually complain that I eat more than my father. I don't know how to tell them how I'm feeling, though. All (I mean all) of my friends are like 70 - 80 pounds and I just feel like I'm the odd one out. But, I think about this issue alot, and sometimes sob quietly about it, I just don't know how to deal with it! I'm not sure if I'll thin out or fatten up through puberty. Please, can someone give me some advice?

P.S. I'm not looking for sympathy, please. :)

Hi sorayaaa

Sweety its not always nice to be obese. Soon you will have puberty knocking on you and added weight is gonna disturb your monthly cycle. For starters, if you feel really hungry, eat small but frequent meals during the day. Stop eating junk food, eat healthy food. No starving please

Last but not the least, you MUST exercise. Whatever food that one eats, it ends up a calories [energy] in the body. If one does not consume energy, the excess lands up as fat in the body - hence obesity. So, the idea is, to do exercise - learn aerobic exercise - type these words on google search and you will come across several websites that can show you videos and ample hints. Do whatever you can tolerate. Do not overdo it. Slowly increase your exercise time. You will slowly but steadily loose weight. Good luck
