I am not exactly fat but I am trying to lose weight I am a little fat mostly my thighs. What is the best way to lose weight on your, thighs, arms, little on face and stomach. I used to be so fit but I quit doing a sport. I am also short for my age which makes me look fatter so I wanted to get rid of my fat to look more fit. Please help. I am not used to being this fat I used to be perfectly fit. Please help me I miss that me.
Dont count calories, dont make goals. Observe yourself eating, take smaller portions and wait inbetween servings. Cut-out frozen dinners and processed foods if you can. Eat more raw (uncooked) foods, as the natural enzymes in them help your bodies digestive system. I have had fluctating weight problems myself. Getting rid of your self-image as either heavy or healthy can help break bad patterns, remember the past is not who you are it is only part of the image you have of yourself. :-D
