I am not exactly fat but I am trying to lose weight I am a little fat mostly my thighs. What is the best way to lose weight on your, thighs, arms, little on face and stomach. I used to be so fit but I quit doing a sport. I am also short for my age which makes me look fatter so I wanted to get rid of my fat to look more fit. Please help. I am not used to being this fat I used to be perfectly fit. Please help me I miss that me.

Dont count calories, dont make goals. Observe yourself eating, take smaller portions and wait inbetween servings. Cut-out frozen dinners and processed foods if you can. Eat more raw (uncooked) foods, as the natural enzymes in them help your bodies digestive system. I have had fluctating weight problems myself. Getting rid of your self-image as either heavy or healthy can help break bad patterns, remember the past is not who you are it is only part of the image you have of yourself. :-D

work out and run make sure you cut down on junk food drink lots of water

The best way is to do cardio exercises regularly. Try doing cycling, running and swimming. It will surely help you out and you will once again transform back to previous form
