Hi i had a hip replacement nearly 3 yrs ago i was 37 years old at the time,my quality of life was bad before it but I've none now.Im in chronic pain ever since I've had it done,I had shortening to my leg because of hip displacia & it developed into perthais disease.During my op the surgeon broke my femur so what should of been 3 months recovery, turned into 18 months.Every time i go back to the hospital & tell them about the pain I'm in, they don't want to know.Im worn out been in pain all the time,I'm not the same person i was before it
