im only 15 too, I seem to have 2 or 3 but im to embarrassed to go to my parents or mom, they don't bleed and they don't hurt or itch. im going to wait a while and see if they go away and if they get worse then ill do what i have to do..
Chances are they will not disappear if you don't do anything about it; apply some hemorrhoid cream to see if it helps. And you should get it diagnosed as soon as possible as you will want to seek treatment early.
