Hello... It is common for pregnant women to have intense gas pains, which feel very crampy..I have had an abortion and been pregnant before too=)
I had pains, but they did end up being gas pains, I did have an abortion though...
It could also be signs of pregnancy too, many women cramp during early pregnancy, which is why so many women fear an early miscarriage.
You may want to get checked out by a doc just to be sure, unless you do not want to keep this pregnancy..

Early in pregnancy cramping without bleeding is normal. Usually it feels a lot like period pain. However what you are describing sounds different to this.
As you get further along, your uterus starts to grow. This combined with your hormones relaxing your muscles, causes pain in the ligaments on the sides of your uterus. It is known as round ligament pain, completely normal and very common.
I have been pregnant many times and had this pain everytime. My children where all born healthy and beautiful a couple of months down the track, so try not to worry about your baby.

I had the same thing with my first. It is a weird feeling. I had it more on one said than the other and my Docter told me that is was due to my body growing. You have to think that your going to grow inside and out. Its very hard on your body as well. I would worry. If you have bleed is the only thing I would be worried about and even then you are fine most of the time, good luck!!
