Well don't masturbate or have sex that's the biggest thing. Also keep it clean and if you use any soap make sure it is rinsed really well

You should have not over done it dude. use some mild warm water and some salt and soak your pecker in it for five minutes and then use some clean fresh water to rinse . hey presto your pecker will be a lot better after doing this for a day or two.
