Hi im 12 and im skinny but my belly keeps growing thats the only fat place on my body im NOTpregnant im 12 and sometimes my belly blows up like a balloon and swells i worry because im almost obese and i get teased because my huge belly sticks out it is 42 inches around and i dont no whats wrong im a vegetarian and i eat hardly anything please write back.

There's no way to tell but theoretically your stomach could be inflamed. It could even be because you are starving yourself. But like I said, see a doctor.
