Hub is trying desperatly to find out where i moved to, he has even gone so far as calling MY friends, not even mutual friends. My Lawyer has my physical address and i don't have to tell him where i live.
In the event that i am to be served with any kind of supeona, his counsel can get it from counsel.
Hub hates not knowing what's going on as he feels that he may be loosing control of the situation. He hates being out of the loop. 8-|

BB, I sure don't envy you. It must be quite stressful trying to stay hidden. Is it for legal reasons? You just don't want any contact? Or do you think he could be dangerous ?

TV's lousy this afternoon. Sometimes I wonder why I'm paying for cable. I'm really tempted to dump the TV part and just keep the broadband internet. I'm paying about $75/mo. for the TV portion. There are only about 6 cable channels that have anything I want to watch and there are several nights in the week when they don't even have anything I want to see. The others I can get on my antenna for free. The cable company is smart enough to put the few I do like in different tiers of their service so I have to subscribe to several levels to get them all.
If I was 12 I could go to my room and amuse myself by abusing myself for the afternoon, If I was 16 I would go out driving for the afternoon. If I was 20 I'd pick up my girl and we could spend the afternoon he-ing and she-ing. If I was 30 I'd do that with my wife. But all I have is the rail car now and we're not going out today. My lawyer told me that i didn't have to tell him where i am if i didn't want to. The funny part is that i am about 2 minutes by car from his shop o.O and the majority of that 2 minutes is spent getting into the car a starting it. He rents a hugh warehouse that he keeps all of his equipment in. I did not do move that close on purpose, i'm here because it's what i can afford for now.
There is no legal reason but he always told me that he would rather spend the rest of his life in jail than to give me half of what he has worked so hard for, thats a tad creepy. He also reminded on several occasions that his lawyers are Smith and Wesson and that he has a 20 cent bullet with my name name on it.
I can get aan order of protection or a keep away order, but he has to do or say something which he hasn't since i moved.

Wow I can not believe that this he is this stubborn? Bullet with your name on it?!?! Bbfeet take good care of your self, we don't want something bad happening to you.
It seams to me that everything is on your side, and that you should win this case, but be careful. If you need protection ask for one, don't wait until it's too late.

2 minutes huh? That seems a little close. How long before someone on his side spots you coming and going?
You know him, of course, but I would always wonder about anyone who has said the things you mention. I've owned guns since I was about 13 and I would never say anything to anyone that might be construed as a threat in any way. In my mind, you just don't do that. Those bumper stickers that say things like "keep honking, I'm reloading" or "This house protected by Smith & Wesson" may sound cute but I think they say something about the mentality of anyone who actually displays them. Besides why would you want to advertise to a criminal where he can find guns?
I have very mixed feelings about protection orders. It seems to me they aren't worth the paper they're written on. I think they ratchet up the danger, if anything. From what I see in the news about attacks of this nature, they often tend to occur right after the woman gets one and has it served. I think the type of person you might feel the need to be protected from is most likely going to be aggravated by an order telling them "no" and often that's all it takes to push them over the edge.
I've known more that a few guys who have what to me is a very disturbing attitude when it comes to "their" girl, woman or wife. They seem to feel they own them, and that creates some very irrational and frightening behaviour.
How does a piece of paper protect you? It surely won't stop a bullet and the cops won't either. They like to make a big show out of saying their job is to protect us but it is NOT. I know of no state that has a law that requires them to protect us. Their job is to enforce the law. They can't do anything until a law is broken and they certainly aren't going to put an officer at your home to shield you.
I'm not trying to scare you BB, I just want you to be safe. You know whether you feel safe or not. I'm just giving you my take on some of those things.

I deleted all of my stuff on our office computer when i got my lap top. He used to tell me the stuff i was doing here was utterly stupid.
