I am 23 years old and female. I have had a clear mole on my forehead since I can remember, but when I woke up this morning, it was slightly red (almost irritated looking) and my skin around the mole was really puffy and red. When I press around the mole, where it is puffy, it does not hurt. However, when I press on top of the mole, I feel a stinging pain.

what could this mean?
