Three years ago I had a myomectomy and admominal double hernia. My period didn't arrive until 6 months late and irregular ever since and at times not at all. My nipples are extended and sore all the time lately, and spotted for 5 days (dark to light shade). I get sharp pains in my adominal area and I have to sit down and rest for awhile.

My normal period only lasts for 2-3 days. I took a urine pregnancy tests and was negative. Should a blood test and an examine be done to determine this factor or is it just my hormones acting up? Could I still become pregnant at age 43 and if my periods are irregular how do you determine a due date?

I feel a various movements here and there. So what is that feeling. I just may be about 3 months if I am pregnant and I'm keeping it?
