That's how I think of it! I had to comment as I love Prince and taking Vals and Ambien now and then, I actually have a high tolerance to Benz's, usually have clon/pam or Xans. Vals don't do to much but help if I'm out of my meds.
I've done that and slept great. Now that dr. said no, I cannot sleep. He told me to take AMBIEN and Melatonin together and I should sleep but that's no good. I have to take AMBIEN and Valium otherwise I CANNOT sleep plus I'm gaining the weight back. How is it when you don't sleep you gain weight? I can't figure that out.
I took 2 Fioricets this morning and recently took a 5 mg Valium. Is it safe for me to take one Tylenol? All 3 being taken within about a 4-hour span.
I have to take 40 mg of Valium and 4mg of guanfacine (ptsd related) to sleep at night but I just got some ambien from my doc. Just took 30mg Valium and 10 ambien and I’m about to go night night. Mind you I’ve been on benzodiazepines for the past 14 years of my life and I’m 230lbs and am used to taking 40 to 50 mg of Valium nightly with about a bottle of vodka. So I’m hopes of getting off the alcohol seizure free. I just did what I did with a half a drink and I’ll lyk how I feel in an hour. Hopefully the moon will be the best way to describe it. (Warning). Don’t do what I did. I have an extremely high tolerance for narcotics. Oh yeah I’m pretty sure You’re not supposed to take anything with the drug sublocade (once a month suboxone) but for the past 17 mo it’s been 300 mg of bup er once monthly and a 175 liter of vodka followed by 40 mg Valium and 4 mg of guanfacine for the night mares. But definitely don’t do what I did. Probably not the best. But I’m definitely sleeping well tonight baby!!
