I want to inform anyone thinking about using cytotec as an abortifacient that it has never been safe to use medicine other than what it has been approved for. The FDA demands an extensive amount of research,data, and clinical trials before it approves a drug into market. Cytotec has not been studied,researched or even "tried" by humans at such high doses!(as mentioned to induce abortion) Who knows what kind of effects it can have on your body! It could harm your digestive and reproductive system for years to come! So when the "time is right" for you to start a family, you may not be physically capable of it anymore. It's not worth the risk!!!
Think Adoption--its chemical free and does not require a surgical procedure of any kind. Plus you get the psychological advantage of doing something POSITIVE and GOOD.(instead of something that doesn't give anyone inner peace-at least not for long.)

if you are 8 weeks pregnant can u take this drug for an abortion or is it to late by then ?
i am 6 weeks pregnant now and i am thinking of taking cytotec however that drug is illegal in my country and i must have a prescription to get it. i went to a doctor who prescribed primolut n which by the way did not work. I need help people.
I am 8 weeks pregnant. The clinic in town only allows the medication abortion (using cytotec) until 7 weeks of pregnancy. My appointment isnt for another week. So basically I am too late for that option. However, cytotec is used to induce labour for full term pregnancies and to cause miscarriage in earlier pregnancies by opening the cervix and allowing the fetus and tissue to pass. So why wouldnt it be safe to take and abort at 8-9weeks? I am also thinking of buyin it online and doing the procedure myself, as I dont see any reason why it wouldnt work in the same manner at my stage of pregnancy.
i don't know if how many weeks im pregnant. but since my last menstruation, its my 10th week pregnant. is cytotec can help me to resolve my problem? how?

It really depends on how your body will react to the medicine. I drank 4 tabs...inserted 3 and after 4 to 5 hours of lying down flat on your back and you'll feel pains in your abdomen and then you drink another 3 tabs... After a couple of hours you'll bleed.... though it's an uncomplete abortion... They say, there's a proper way but I never knew how...
Well I tried cytotec once and it turned out to work good I just took two pills by mouth with water and two pills vaginalamd in a few minutes I got my period. I recommend it :-)

I'm two months pregnant.. can someone teach me how to use cytotec? i can't afford to have a baby right now..
me & my husband tried it 2x already...what we did was....1. a fast for atleast 8 hours.. 2. take 2 cytotec tablets and mu husband inserted 2 tabs inside my vigina (make sure the deepest).... then lay down and wait for the symptoms...e.g cold chilling, high fever. headache then cramps until the baby goes out... in a bout 4-10 hours..it depends on the reaction of your body...
My Cousin took Cytotec, and it didn't help her to have an abortion. Her baby was borned 8 months premature, and all of har fingers was stick together, in on of her foot has no toes at all. Do you think it is wise to take this medication?

I swallowed 4 (200 mcg ) at 8pm... for a 6week pregnancy and by 11 pm was pushing out clots and strings and chunks. I was against abortions right up until i found myself in a situation where there was gonna be one more fatherless child in the world. I prayed for forgiveness... anyway it seems to be doing what it was taken for...even my breasts are no longer tender and not nauseated either. i never had a normal labor - delivery but it is somewhat painful...a few pangs more than a bad period cramp on a cold day... but as women we gotta do what we gotta do...ugh!
