You're only 13, it's way too soon to get worried about that. Enjoy life while you're young, have fun with your body and accept it doing what it does as you grow. I'm sure you know as well as most of us that there are some people who can't have kids, why would you think that you are going to be one of them? If you buy a lottery ticket do you really think you are going to be the winner? You probably have a much better chance for that than to be one of the ones who can't have kids.

If you are getting the clear stuff now it will become white as you continue to develop.
It is normal for it to be clear at first and the amount to be small.
