Two days ago, i've noticed a big lump on my scrotum. I used to have a lot of little lumps on my scrotum, but this one is realy big. I don't know if it's testicular cancer or not.. Plz help me..
that big lump could be your epididymis which is located behind the testicle. other little lumps could be and infection, you didnt really state where these lumps are on the testicle. does it hurt to touch? could be an infection.
