Hi...i am very much tensed because of my body shape...i have a habit of masturbating by crossing legs .i keep my right thigh over left and then put my ol body energy into it.i do it for 2 to 3 minutes and den get relax and after that again i do it .i do it repeatedly for several times and doing it from many years.now i having very bag thighs and hip shape ....i am so much addicted to this habit plz help me to get rid of dis i really want to come out of this .someone please suggest me what to do ...i m very very upset for this....

if it works for you, there's no problem for it. you're masturbating for yourself and nobody else :)
