about a month ago i started getting anxiety attacks. Usually the ansiety feeling goes away after a few days, but this attack i got a week and 4 days ago, and my anxiety still hasnt gone away. its calmed down, just its still there every morning when I wake up and its all day. Now the only difference from this one to the last ones, is this time, I still haven't had a cigarette. I quit, or am trying. I haven't smoked since the day of my attack. Anyways, I just want to know if anyone has anxiety and if it was ok to masterbate cus id sure love to right about now.
No its not bad it actually helps relax the body.
