Hi, yeah those could be the signs of pregnancy. You said you weren’t using condoms, but did you actually ejaculate inside of her or not? If you did then there is a high chance that you got her pregnant. If you did not ejaculate inside than I think there is nothing you should be worried about. There are many other reasons why girls miss their periods like medications and drugs, stress, anxiety and flu. All those could affect her cycle. Anyhow, you said she took a test and it came back negative so there is your answer. But if you are still worried than take another home pregnancy test. Just make sure she takes it first thing in the morning and that it has been at least 10 days since your intercourse. Hope this helps
