Hi I'm 13 turning 14 in April I've been extremely insecure and scared lately I'm a very tall kid (5'9) but my penis I feel is small when soft its about 2 or 3 inches not very thick but when erect its about 4.5 inches not thick either just I've been afraid I can tell most guys already have a huge bulge even 7th graders have bulges and it makes me feel insecure plz help I'm afraid it won't grow. I have lots of pubic hair on my testicals and "shaft"
But not around my body only there .

3-4" is average for a 13/14 year old. 4-5" for a 14-15 year old.
Average for an adult is 5.1".
Girth will come in later. Your penis can grow into your early 20's.

Your size is just fine for your age and about average for someone who is 13 and telling the truth about their size.
You have plenty of time for it to grow and there is no need to worry.
Some guys your age will be bigger and some much smaller it all depends on when puberty starts and everyone grows and develops at different rates and times.

I've been loosing alot of weight but my penis is still small all my friends are big but mine is tiny I'm turning 13 in November on the 22 of November but I've been to scared to change around friends and can't enjoy alot I'm very small I'm 12cm can yoh by any chance help me.
