I thought 2 miles/day five days a week would be enough, but so far it didnt produce good results. Is two miles a day enough?
Running 2 miles a day can be enough to lose weight. You just have to remember that just because you run more, doesn't mean that you will lose more weight. It's about more than just running more, it's also about having a calorie deficit at the end of the day. You can run 10 miles a day, but if you eat more calories than you burn each day, you won't lose any weight.
