I'm often too wiped out to cook after I come home from work, and this is why we often end up with some kind of fast food. I am afraid there is no chance that the situation will change, so unless I come up with a healthier fast food alternative, I'm just going to continue putting on weight. Can anyone say if there is a diet fast food around that is OK?
My girlfriend and I are fans of Taco Bell's and I think that they have some meals that are relatively low in fact, like some of the salads they have. Even places like Subway, which aren't exactly healthy, have some options that don't have lots of fat. And of course simply eating LESS also helps in itself.
