I like some facts that I have found about this diet. I could not find a lot of them, but somehow, this diet seems really cool to me. But, of course, I still have a lot of questions and I don't have any answer :) Is that diet program really that hard that no one can talk about it, or try to stick to it? It is a little bit confusing: /

Is there calorie cap when you are following exchange diet program? Can you tell me more?

I would like to hear something more about this.
