Background:
I just made 3 doz choc covered strawberries for the staff on my wife's hospital floor. I had some leftover melted chocolate. Thought I would use it to make Bailey's Irish Creme Truffels. Put in too much Bailey's and I had no more chocolate to thicken it. Soooo I wound up with a frosting like creme ganache.
I dipped some Oreos in the mixture and ate them. Do you think that was over the top ?

NEVER!!!!! is there too much chocolate. and i'll be saying that til they pull out the melted choc mess out of my cold dead hands.

sure it will, I live in the south where we don't freeze 3/4 of the year.
There is no such thing as too much chocolate. My favorite sundae is a warm brownie with chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup on top. Yumm!
