Thank God I found this site. I was ready to cancel my surgery date of May1 after all the scary info I found on Internet. I am having robot surgery. I am 51 and survived cervical cancer at 37. No hysterectomy at that time. But have had pain and tests for years pointing to reoccurrence. So happy when my Dr said it's time to do one. However the Internet has most negative posts. From 50 lbs weight gain got no sex drive!!!
I'm a 51 yr old with a diagnosis of ovarian mass. What is the recovery time after a DaVinci Robot Hysterectomy? Also, wondering should I expect weight loss or gain during recovery?
