im 12 turning 13 in june im lifting weights every day except on sundays i also run alot about 2.5 miles every day.
im 5"6.i weigh about 160.i do 70 crunches and 70 situps every day.i dont eat breakfast in the morning i just cereal then i eat cereal at night.im still loosing weight about 1-3 pounds a week.
i wanna know if this is healthy for me.and if i should be even lifting weights.
