I have had the same thing happen,but it has happened when I was younger.They say it is from cleaning to hard or sensitive skin that can not have scented body wash or soap. Plus wiping with toilet paper can leave little bits of toilet paper and can cause itchiness around it.Soon to lead to burn because u are not clean fully or u have cleaned to much.I'm 14.The sign might prove to be a yeast infection and is easy to take care of.

Hi, you don't say if your sexually active, you could have a yeast infection that was causing the itch to start with that's caused you to scratch your labia making them sore and could of even caused tiny cracks in the skin and that's why it burns when you pee, do you have any other symptoms other than the itching?
