Hey. I know what your talking about. It was on my arm when I was a kid. My doctor diagnosed it as ringworm as well as eczema in the same small area. He said it was a very strange place for ringworm. After a couple of days of using the medication he prescribed the red ring around the spot went away but I had theses bumps all over the area. I ripped them all out. I noticed that if I used tweezers and dug past the seed and pulled out the root it wouldn't come back. If any the root was left behind it would come back and spread. After a couple days of ripping them out, keeping my wounds clean and using my topical medication they stopped popping up. Its been years and I still have the scars today. They look like craters and have stayed the same for over 10 years. Go see your doctor and tell him if the medication isn't working. If nothing works put a seed in some water and bring it in for him to see. Good luck.
They r not ingrown hairs first off. I have same things. I have immune defficiency disease as well. Dr now is saying they could be herpies zortex I think thatts the kind of herpies he said. There are different kinds u can get not just from sex. Genitically. They follow the nerve endings under ur skin and pop up there. They can also be from parisites to a fungal infection. U should go to dermatolgist or get refural from ur gp to go. They r now in my nose mouth and eyes. Check into lupus as well. They cause them to.
You're not crazy. I believe you. I have it too. You're not alone. In fact, EVERYONE has it, but for many reasons, some people become over run with it. It is possible to win the war with the right tools but it sure does take a long time and serious persistence. It's a parasite called Demodex. I have researched this for six years and have a plethora of information on the topic if you'd like to contact me.

I believe I've had this for quite some time and didn't realize it until it became a full on infestation. I'd share mt findings here but the list is honestly endless. Bottom line, it will irritate you to no end, it's a hard road to travel, it's very strange...but it can be helped.
I have had the same for years - it gets worse whenever I eat wheat products
